Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- We will arrange free pickup from your address
- Once the product is received and verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund within 7 working days
Eligibility Conditions:
- Product must be unused and undamaged
- Returned in original packaging
- All accessories, tags, labels, and receipts must be included
Products showing signs of use or missing components will not be eligible.
Damaged Product Received
If your item arrives damaged:
- You must provide clear video proof of the unboxing
- The video must show the package being opened directly from its sealed condition
Videos recorded after unboxing or without proper evidence will not be accepted.
Once verified, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days.
